Our local grocery store, HEB, was having crawfish on sale this week for 1.99 a pound. Sean had been talking about crawfish for a while now so I thought this was a good opportunity to have our own little crawfish boil. I had never cooked anything that was still alive before so I was a little nervous, but it all seemed to go well. At least for us, not so much for this guy who was trying to escape.
We were pretty careful with the amount of spice we put in the boil since this was our first try. It tasted good, but we both think we will make it spicier when we make it again.
